Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fractional Consulting Services

Fractional executive services, advisory engagements, coaching, strategy services, audits, and consulting retainers are billed in advance.

Once a service period begins, fees for that service period are non-refundable.

Clients may terminate ongoing services by providing thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Project deposits and initiation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Completed milestones, accepted deliverables, and approved work remain payable.

Any refund request relating to custom development work will be evaluated solely at AI for Profit LLC's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing.

Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Partial-month or prorated refunds are not provided.

Workshop, training, and educational purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date.

Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the invoice.
